After a long day of errands and cabinet searching, Ryan and I ended up here. Located in Hamden, CT this tiny gem was FUN and DELISH!
Of course, we tried everything on the menu and made friends with the bartender Laura who was so helpful and patient.
While sitting at the bar enjoying ourselves we tried multiple wines (thanks Laura) and decided with a blend: Escal – Granache, Shiraz, Carignan, D.O. Priorat - from Spain. We all know how picky Ryan and I can be about our wine and this was a great choice to pair with our many choices.
Honestly, come here hungry and undeceive because that's the whole point of Ibiza Tapas. The food is served in tiny portions, like a taste, so Why not taste everything?
